Our award winning pulled pork, rubbed with our special BBQ rub and slowed smoked for 12 to 14 hours. Severed with your choice of pretzel buns, sour dough rolls or potato roll on the side. Choice of BBQ on the side.

 

Smoked Beef Brisket

Slow smoked beef brisket, rubbed with our special BBQ rub and is smoked for 10 to 12 hours. Served with pretzel bun, sour dough roll or potato roll on the side. Choice of BBQ sauce on the side.

 

St Louis Style Ribs

Our award-winning St Louis style rib are rubbed with our special rib rub and smoked slow for 3 to 5 hours and basted with our BBQ sauce.

 

Baby Back Ribs

Our Award winning babyback ribs are rubbed with our special rub and slow smoked for 2 to 4 hours and basted with our BBQ sauce.

 

Baked or Smoked Chicken

Our chicken is brined for 12 hours then seasoned with our special Chicken Seasoning and cooked to perfection.

 

Jambalaya

Slowed cooked pork shoulder, chicken, fresh kielbasa and Cajun sausage. Cooked in a large kettle with peppers, onions, seasoning’s and rice

 

Homemade Kielbasa

Homemade Kielbasa oven roasted or smoked in fresh sauerkraut and Perrin Brewery Golden Ali.

 

Prime Rib

Market price you can have our prime rib smoked or oven roasted for 6 to 8 hours with our rib rub.
